Terms & Conditions of Internet Services

Please Familiarise yourself with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use our Service. Acceptable Internet Use: the browsing or downloading of material of an illegal or offensive nature is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to; Copyrighted movies, music (mp3), or software, hacking/cracking material or adult material. There are no exceptions to this policy. Addict will allow post or make available or transmit any data or computer file that we deem to be: defamatory, abusive, harassing, insulting, threatening or bigoted, racially offensive, obscene or sexually explicit. Post, distribute or otherwise make available or transmit any software or other computer files that contain a virus or other harmful components. Minors: children 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult. If we are in doubt of a child’s age they will not be permitted to use this service. We advise parents accompanying children 12 or under that our games may not be suitable. Children over 12 can play any game as permissible by law and ESRB rating of the game. Customer Conduct: addict reserve the right at its discretion to ask customers to refrain from conduct or to leave its premises. Conduct, which may give rise to such action, which affects other customers or our staff, conduct that puts our equipment or software at risk. Customer’s personal property: addict does not accept responsibility for customer property and to the extent reasonable excludes liability for the loss, damage or theft of any customer property bought onto the premises. Customers are reminded not leave any personal property unattended at any time. Customer confidentiality: addict does not accept any liability to customers or third parties for breaches of confidentiality due to technological reasons outside the reasonable control of addict, or breaches caused by customers to third parties. Customers are required to comply with all applicable laws and contractual obligations concerning confidentiality and data protection. Printing: is provided as an additional chargeable service for the customers using our PC. Customers are kindly reminded to check their documents before sending to the printer. All printing done by the customers intentionally, accidentally or carelessly must be paid for in full. Food and drink: customers are not permitted to bring in food from other retail establishments. Customers are not permitted to consume alcohol on the premises. Refunds: addict Internet services is provided on an ‘Internet connection only’ basis and is not responsible for any external web sites or services. Refunds or discounts will not be given for unsuccessful attempts to connect to any external website or services. External sites and services are beyond our control.
